Under the bridge
Where her dress careened with the waves
Like the owls that traded sounds
With the midnight chatter of the western wind

She held the silence by her knees
Her eyes peering around the distance
For that one moment, she was omnipresent

Where the halos could be seen around the children’s head
The easing of innocence lay in the woods
Just east of the high-rise bridge

The bridge of life
Souls that come and go
Through the lies of love and the blisters of pain

It was here by her knees
By her soft feet
She finally let go

Beautiful! Like a lonely, strange yet familiar song to me. Good job.

Very beautiful and enigmatic, Tomer, especially that last stanza.
