Look at me now! 10 months old!
Got a smile as good as gold!

I got red hair like my grandma D,
I know how much she loves me.

This is my daddy, he's off on a ship.
The Navy says it's a 9 month trip.

When daddy's not there, I cry.
How are we to make it by?

with special thanks to all the men and women who serve this country, away from their loved ones...
and Jerome, I'm so proud of you, my wonderful son-in-law

Beautiful little girl and a handsome daddy.

There is nothing like a grandchild to make your heart squeek - that is what I can those twinges when I look at mine.  Thanks for sharing your family album Dixie.  May your son soon come home safely, and feel the thanks we all feel for his service.

If that's not a picture of perfection, nothing is.

Enjoyed my friend.

Nine months are a long time ... may your son in law be safe. This little sweet treasure at home will make him strong.

Such tenderness shared, dear Dixie. Thank you.

Love,
Margherita
