Tomorrow? Keep trying to keep my head up But, sometimes, seems a chore Think of, what I did and didn’t And keep wondering if, there’s more? At times, I feel so happy And sometimes, I feel so sad Thinking of the good times As well, as all, the bad. Surprised I still am living (If that’s what you want to call it) Just getting by, day by day Who would have ever thought it? Maybe, times will get better And just maybe, they won’t But, I’ve got to keep on hoping Because, I’ll die, if I don’t! Tomorrow must seem brighter Than the last day, I had before As I look out there, forward And behind, those, I will ignore! My family teases me that I'm either thinking about the past or dreaming about the future... but I have to learn and I have to hope just to make sense of the day. *S* I like this very much, Abe... and wish you brighter days. |
