Fair to middlin' of nowhere

Spite and malice are motives
I can't relate to
My aggressive
is much to passive
for that
So I wonder how it is
that others do
The why
of what they do is simple to
understand
I've felt
angers, fears and frustrations
had my fill of envy
and a little wanting to get even
Still however sweet
they say revenge
can be
those particular guts
don't abide in me
I'm passive aggressive
you see.

(note: More Village drama.  Our new business is not setting well with a few residents who keep calling in making complaints about what we are doing wrong. Finally the State got involved and the EPA came out and inspected and saw all the complaints were unfounded)

Stay just as you are Lori. Never change for anybody or any thing, you're part of a grand design.

Where I live Jerry is too small to be a town, it is considered a village. We don't have our own zip code we have to use one from the closest small town. There are villages even smaller than us just a few miles from here-just a cluster of 3 or 4 houses.

Thanks Lori, for the information. Those people who kept making the complaints could, I suppose, be rightly called . . . er . . . The Village Idiots.

you're welcome Jerry, I have found ignorance to be a very hazardous thing, wouldn't want you to needlessly fall victim from a lack of information

We need to clink a glass to the success that WILL be yours! The first few lines I found to be very insightful [in as you and I have more in common than even we have shared...]...

so...here's to the success of the naysayers walking in mud!

It is kinda funny in a sad sort of way.  I guess that is why we call ourselves living in West Niles (a suburb of the village) because we are the only house on the west side of the road the rest of the town is on the east side of the road LOL.
