Making "CUTTY SARK"

To model history;
so many nights
thinly elegant with Shanghai tea.
Dainty. Delicate. Her sails all tucked,
the canvas rounded, creamy, lady-like.
But such a glimpse was Captain's fair.
I wonder what her crew thought?
How to scale in plastic parts
a bosun's speech thick with rum,
or his shipmates' breath
lacquered with the succesion
of frenching the same woman.

Oh this is smooth stuff...the visuals are somewhat blurred which only make them more surreal to me.

Great reading~~

Okay, I've learned to read you
line by ever lovin' line...
and like a fisher of words
you draw one in...
and you bait it all well...
allowing a deep line, a current
a swell to mark a line...
and then voila!
Hook, line and sinker
it's always and will be
the last line that says

gotcha!

and you did!

Now, would you please stay put for awhile!?

Please?!
