Fair to middlin' of nowhere

Like the crab
that escapes
a too small shell
This homebody's home
has become quite full
I want an empty shell
to fill
If I could
take everything out
and begin again
I know the open spaces
I could find
I wouldn't be such a crab
with all this clutter
cluttering up my mind
A happy hermit
I will be
when I get done
sorting and deporting
all this debris
But to tell the truth
it's killing me
Too many decisions
of this or that
keep or throw
goodwill or garage sale
I just don't know
how to say no
to a memento
with nowhere to go...

Haha! There are a lot of people like you, Lori. Me? I throw everything (almost) away. I'm not a hoarder.
