He once wrote those poetic, prophetic words
not so long ago
delivering his monologue
while humming his camel tune
somewhere high on the Sahara Dunes.

A woman sits somewhere in silence
her man, her friend, is leaving

he does not know why,
why she has abandoned him
she told him she didn't want to lose him
a week ago they spoke of children
planning the rest of their lives

and now she is losing him
and no one knows why
it is a destiny of her own devise

He is leaving on a journey
a journey she launched him on

to clean his record
to come back and start again

do the right thing
he is doing the right thing

praying to hear the words from her mouth again...
"Good boy"

Why must he travel alone?
Why will no one go with him?
Nor none of his friends
Why won't she go?
Why won't anyone follow
this leader, where he goes...

There is one seat on the plane
one ticket to a desert holiday
Someone can go
join him on this journey a'ho

for 11 days
he will sit in the sand
and say

Proc?
Why?

It doesn't matter in the end
why she won't speak or write
all she need do is
just say something, say anything
say yes and press "send"
