Cats are like this...mine no exception. She lays on her back for me to pet her, but when I rub her belly, she kicks me with her back feet..popeye might say "cats is fickle" I enjoyed reading this. Come read to me some poem, |

love this Alison. They have a way of not taking no for an answer. Mine hooks one claw in your hand and pulls it to her to scratch her ears. She is so friendly she'll hook anybody that lets her in their lap. I love the way you described the vocalization, they are all so unique. Lori xo |

Oh, Kazzy-Waz (sorry, if that is infradig for you, but you are so cute and beautiful and cuddly, that I couldn't help it). My Cleo-cat and Benji-dog and I love the poem your Mommy wrote and the two of you posted here on Pip. I think that what Mommy thought was a smirk, was really an expression of empathetic pain for Mommy because your claw got caught in Mommy's leg. Meeow, meeow from Cleo and Woof woof from Benji and love and cuddles from me and love to Mommy from all 3 of us - and give our love too, to Stuart, Abby, Kally, Mariah, Boodha and Rowdy. I read it aloud to Zelda and she knows perfectly well what you and Kaz are talking about  .Holes in our clothes and scratches on our skin are the price we pay for being so privileged to have her loving attention (reciprocal of course). Deer Booder-sweetheart, thank you for your lovely letter to me. I, too, love mices (egg sept I don’t eat them – though wols are supposed to – I would talk to them if I met any) and I love Rowdy too – and Tigger and Eeyore – and Kaz – and, of course, you – and all Mommy’s fur-family – and your Mommy too, of course. Kaz doesn’t stink – truly! If you are nice to Kaz, you will find that he will be nice to you too. Try, sweetie-pie – you will see. From Boodha to "Wol" ---- Deer Woly1 You like mices too? I like 'em crunchy with bananas. I like birds too but my Mom don't let me eat on them. She don't let us cats outside. Kaz sneeks out on fast feet and Mom cries. I hope he stays gone. I likes Rowdy, Stuart, Abby and sumtimes I like Kally and Mariah (cause Mom says that I has to). I don't like Kaz. He stinks and he tells tails. If he wants out, I open the door (when Mom is gone). You sure talk alot, Wol. Booder |

From Wol to Booder Deer Booder I eet bananas two, but not mices, coz I don’t eat my frens. Booder-Wooder, I’m shoor you doan’t like to see Mom cry. Please make frens with Kaz. Zelda speaking: Ave, cat friends from Alaska and Africa, you crack me up you know!  It's fun to hear your discussions, though it costs me a little effort to follow you, because you know we Roman cats as a second language after cat mother tongue we had to learn Latin, that was necessary to communicate with all the ghosts in the Roman ruins, which come out every night ... I had to learn hissing too of course to frighten them off.  You eat bananas? Yikes! Fruit is not my kind of dish, I eat fish ... in the ruins there were mice of course, you have no idea, big mice, RATS actually. Had to hiss at them too and then run ... good that Sarah took me home with her ten years ago. No more ghosts and rats, but not even other cats. That's sad isn't it. But mommy hugs me often. Okay, Boodha has composed responses to all of his fans. Here goes ... ---- Deer Wol, I thought Wols were wise. Goes to show that Booders are not always write! Not onlys does you talk a lot, but yous is not very smart. It's okay, Wol. There's a place on earth for not smart peoples like you. Now, you don't get it, does you. Kaz is not my frend and he is a mean brother. AND he needs to go live with you. I am packing his bag and opening the door when Mom goes to work tomorrow. He'll bring crunchy mices with him. Booder, sweetheart, you are just cross with me because I call you sweetheart and similar names - I am sorry about that, but you are such a magnificently handsome cat (see I didn't say "kitty-boo" which is what I wanted to say!), that I can't help it. I forgive you for being rude to me and saying I am not smart - you are so precious (sorry couldn't help that) that I would forgive you anything. Please don't pack Kaz's bag.
