.

A great silence
Is growing
Inside me

I can feel it
Absorbing
Light sound
Passing memory

Disappear
Into an all
Words I hear
That once before
Meant so much
Now lap the shore
Of a shaded island
On the sea

Whose sun sets
On the horizon line
A white sail approaching
Drawing nearer by the hour

As I listen
To silence sing

.

Awesome.

Feels like standing on the threshold of another dimension. Peaceful and mystic.

What a beautiful poem, John. Your best ever. I'm keeping this one.
