your hands find new ways to open my eyes
pressing the width too wide as a yawn
but only to give me some nervous

I wonder if the slamming would jar my mind
as you ran with nothing on over your everything
crossing the distance between day and eve

I watch the stretching of experience quickly
then harbor a gasp when something gives
and then it is asunder in pieces broken

you cover yourself when bending for equipment
and taking my best rigid in your hands
but you soon forget why we needed screens

since we are both in the open now mostly often

______________

daark (scribblenote: the sun witnessed her curves much as he did…as she danced her pretend ballet in front of the screen door that led out to the sidewalk …she pretended she would go outdoors that way….in the nearly non existent see-thru gauze…she pushed the door to it’s widest width and just stood there as a tempting silhouette…waiting for him to give chase. Of sudden the rusty spring gave way and was in pieces on the floor…she was suddenly there in full view of his eyes and everyone else that might pass by…she hurried to her tool box to find some magical tool that would restore her security...but then she realized nothing was needed between them, other than what was between them

Somehow, Dark, I don't think there would be any slamming . . .
