A Mouthful of Sweet Words

Miko seemed to get
lots of enjoyment
out of driving
my red Lexus
and as time progressed
I found myself
liking Miko the best.
Sundays were our
favorite days,
we'd eat breakfast
at a coffee shop
on Santa Monica Blvd.
and by lunchtime
we'd be crusin' Broadway.
Then Miko would
strip to her bikini
showing off
her ballerina back
and we'd roller skate
on the 3rd St. Promenade
with pizza and lemonade
tucked into our back packs.
Later after fatique set in
we'd go lay on the beach
and as we regained our energy
the rhythmn of the waves
beckoned us to jump in
for an afternoon swim.
Every evening we would watch
the sunset at the end of the day
and Miko would share
kisses from her heart
and have a mouthfull of
sweet words to say.

Enjoyed the trip with you and Miko. It sounded like a great day, but you're right laying out there on that beach was a great way to recharge. Enjoyed.

Well, dear James, could Paradise be any better than this? Sounds like an extremely attractive way to spend holidays or special sundays. Sunsets experienced together with the beloved are the non plus ultra of shared emotions.
