Raven haired Richelle
Says she is Cajun
From deep in the bayou
A mesmerizing woman
With the darkest eyes
Deep with secrets
She won’t tell
Her body still inviting
Her soul is old and wise
She uses her voodoo
For shameless delighting

i love anything cajun so your poem is especially enjoyable for me...your diction and imagery are great...lovely job, lori
