It is a small bench in front of the ocean
Plunged into its solitude of object
Waiting that somebody sits down
And look at the soothing and dumb streams,

here I sat alone in front of the sea
In front of the unlimitedness of the bitter feelings
Leaving the truth to the white gulls
to the shouts of the round and dumb waves

And I saw that the sea ignored my sorrows
And the reasons which pushed me towards her,
I saw that it continued its work
Without being moved by fetching boats,

And on this little bench in front of the sea
The sea welcomed my disturbing poverty,
Consoled me of the world which tears me
Restoring my confidence in tomorrow.

Wonderful imagery, yann I feel as though I could sit on that small bench and pour my heart out to the sea.

Your words allowed me to sit next to you on this small bench in front of the sea, sharing your thoughts, your visions, your tunes ... and I felt comforted, knowing that we are never alone in coping with life and that tomorrow is born out of our trust in love.

Wonderful write, dear Yann!

Love and hugs.

Creative and imaginative. I think the ocean surely is a good listener sometimes to our heartaches.
Enjoyed the read.

I think the ghost of Pablo Naruda was whispering in your ear when you wrote this..
I hear his voice speak each of the poems words to me..

Very well done...throughly enjoyed
