The sand is here, it is fine and patient But the realism is dangerous, Here is what I think of by lengthening me On the beach in thousand reflections It is necessary to be careful then kind, Be interested without being curious. The beach extends as a nymph Attracted by the ocean and its lyre On kilometers colored with details, Children laugh, children cry, I negotiate the price of a pareo, It will make a souvenir by going into my bed, I do not realize that this fabric A piece printed by paradise is, The facades of buildings are a necklace Of fear and stupid lies, The uncertainty draws in the hand the plan of streets On age-old fates That the sky of tomorrow matters, people ignore it And take care on the warm sand The glances never linger On the thoughts bruised by the idiots. There are dogs, bodies which doubt nothing And the wind is light of flavors and shouts, I dare to think that all this is a silence Put on the rope of the ocean that I love. |

Yann, lying on the beach in the sun is a wonderful place to relax and allow one's mind to empty of all the stresses and strains of one's working world - so that all the beauties of the sun and sand and ocean and the relaxed people and dogs on the beach can slowly permeate the mind and generate peace and happiness and spiritual growth and a wonderful feeling of well-being. I love the beautiful meanderings of your mind in this very lovely poem. Owl |
