BIRDCALL
22 April 2011

‘Twas a single note,
so pure it filled the forest
to live forever.

Perfect, dear Owl!

Reminds me of when I just play one note on my piano to "enliven" my soul.

Love,
Margherita

Thank you for enjoying it so much Margherita.

What a lovely idea!  I am going to do that too.  I played the piano some nights ago for the first time for a long time - I thought I didn't have the time, but I MADE it - not easy, but I am going to keep trying to MAKE time for things I need and/or want to do.  I can't wait to play that one note as soon as I am offline.

Oh, how lovely, Jo.  I have never heard the call of a mockingbird, as we don't have them in South Africa - but I remember a song of long ago called Mocking Bird Hill or something like that - or at least, I remember that part of a line and can hear that part's tune.

Yes, isn't that a lovely idea of Margherita!  I love it to bits!

Thank you for your response and for enjoying the poem.
