The harp’s secrets told
soft-wrapped in misty magic
flies my soul to blue

Your poetry becons one to come in, have a sweet cup of chamomile tea, and sit for a bit.
Always lovely.

Nice harping. Heehee

A pleasant blue I hope, my friend...I heard a harp tune one time, years ago, playing the blues and loved it . . . lost to memory now though or I'd have it on my computer!

Very nice write...I was there.

Thanks, Lori.  So do I.

EmmaRose, what an absolutely delightful thing to say!  I love it.  I read your response several times.  Besides loving the actual words and images, I love the fact that my poetry has this effect on you!  Thank you.  (I also love chamomile tea!)

Giggles, Jerry!  Thanks for reading and enjoying.

Yes, Jimmy, initially it was into the exquisite infinity of a sunny day (as are most of ours) blue South African sky.  Then I thought about the music genre and also sad moods and I then meant them too – and it is for the reader to choose which if those – or anything else - he/she wants it to be.  Thanks for enjoying it.  I am sorry the music you mentioned is lost forever - BUUUUUT it is still in your memory - and what a lovely poem it would make (hint hint)!

Thank you Yann.  I am glad you enjoyed it.

Thank you Ida for your kind and beautiful words.  I am glad you heard the harp music in it.

Wonderful evocation of a meditative state of the soul, dear Diana.

And ohhhh ... it sounds like a perfect "companion" to my haiku about the twirling butterflies. The connection of the vast blue sky is there ...

Love,
Margherita

Margherita, I thought I had answered your reply, but I see I haven't.  Sorry about that.  Yes, I remember your twirling butterflies very well indeed and I agree with you wholeheartedly!  Thank you for reading and your lovely reply.

Thank you Alison.  I am so glad you can.
