Jesus Christ taught peace,
and taught well---but his twelve male
trusted carried swords.

Not all men carried swords then---
state-of-the-art weaponry.

They knew no better, but we have not listened either or learned the lessons of peace, considering the increasing expenses on weaponry and what weaponry!!
