a gentle breeze blows ocean side
the easter lilies usher in the spring
and there you are with your guitar
won't you play a song for me

cat sang about a peace train and
john imagined the world living
together im harmony but oh how now
world peace seems a far gone thing

there are so many questions
unanswered so it seems to me
while i remember days gone by
when we sang songs of love and peace

There must be a poem in here somewhere.

Ah, even then, with all the singing, there was no peace. I doubt there will ever be peace until we finally blow the world off its axis, Faith.

Beautiful message, dear Faith. Through all the horrors of war it is indeed difficult to continue to visualize a world of peace, but it is our only chance to survive. The lesson has to be learned, even if the hard way.

Love,
Margherita

It's a dream these days for a world of peace
but long as some of us are dreamers, there is still hope.
Your song is warm and brings peace in the momenet of the read

faithmairee,

Ignore the Gloom and Doomers and sing your songs of peace.  People like you add beauty to the world and touch others.  We can only bring about peace one person at a time ~ and you are doing your part.

I love your poem, Faith.  Whilst there is much war and turbulence in the world and even in our own hearts, there is peace and love in abundance, and we will see it if we don't close our eyes to it.

Yes, we must never give up on hope & dreams
for things to get better in our world.
I enjoyed this faith.
