Beginning to lose my mind, I don't know what to think.
Trying to get my heart and mind, to work together in sync.
Struggling just to breathe, Strangled by idle time.
Trying hard to reclaim, What was never rightfully mine.
Arguing with myself, I don't know what to do.
Why is it my every thought, has to lead me back to you?
Why am I so caught up!? Why can't I just get free?
Why can I not grasp that we just were not meant to be.
I have to tell myself daily, To stop thinking in this way.
But I never freakin listen! It doesn't matter what I say.
People say once time has passed, That I won't feel so blue.
Three months have gone by and still I find, I'm no better off without you.
Hoping to awaken one day, Renewed with second wind.
Hoping I can get through this mess, Without losing my closest friend...

It's not easy being evil, in a world gone to hell.

I wrote this... must have been march of last year? I'd just broken up with my ex.. Now over a year has gone by and I still miss her like it was yesterday. =P

Luckily I can still call her my best friend, even tho' we cannot see eachother.

Thank you BluesSerenade. I've come to terms with our relationship.. And I didn't have to cut her out of my life so all is much better.

Horrible way to live. Yes, I have been there. Doesn't help knowing that fact, I realize, still . . .

It's somewhat comforting to know that you (I) aren't the only one going thru it.. If others have gone thru it and managed to get by.. I can to. It does help, thank you for the comment. =)
