On blue stationary
I've penned my thoughts
caressing the silver lining
trimmed around the edge.

Not until I met you
did the cursive bend so beautifully
with bold strokes and angles
lifting off the page.

You have dotted my eye
and crossed my heart
with a simple elegance
gracing me in the limelight.

Consider this my thank you note
for granting me a Cinderella moment
sealed with a kiss
on blue stationary.

Like the new photo. Love the poem. Your lines are always filled with seemingly effortless prose, but this one is especially so. Enjoyed it.

Its amazing how words on a page grow wings and lift off, when hearts are heard.
Very soft and sweet poetry .

You wear the Cinderella finery well.  I'll just follow along to shine your glass slippers and read your poetry.

Dear Lori, I’m trying to think of a luckier guy in the world then this prince of yours, but I just can’t. How could I?  I know I keep saying this, but your poetry really just keeps getting more beautiful each time you write another one. This is by far, my favorite of yours, you ever wrote. I would love to comment on your new picture, but I’m afraid I would just come across as a babbling idiot lol… let me just say, it is beyond gorgeous, and you grow lovelier with each passing moment.

Love this dear friend, almost as much, as you.

Dear Richy~  You are much too kind.  Thank you always for everything, every word of praise you give so freely means a great deal to me.  I am always tickled to know that you have been here and that your eyes laid eyes on me.  Throwing my arms up to the sky, blowing you a kiss and feeling so greatful.  x/o

Thank you DreamPoet~ I suppose I am a romantic at heart, although I wasn't always that way.
Glad I buried my mean streak for the most part, not much lights my fuse anymore, except for an unfortunate few.  ha!!

Lori, you truly are a Cinderella and may all your moments be magical Cinderella ones.
btw, you look as pretty as a picture, so to speak, in your new photo!
I always enjoy your poetry. You're in a class all your own!
