Keep hope alive....

When life gets hard,
and hope is lost,
keep on moving
at any cost.

Remember your beautiful
in so many ways,
Keep that in mind,
on those long dark, days.

For problems come,
but they always go,
sometimes they take a bit
longer, I know.

Just keep the faith,
one day at a time,
your soul will heal,
it just takes time.

Good advice. Common sense, but we sometimes refuse to heed that common sense unless we are reminded of it.
