I Am Man

You know where I begin,
You know where I will end.
You are God.
To live my life I need You
and You must have needed me
otherwise why would You
allow me to exist,
to breath to drink to eat
to laugh to cry
to choose if I would be
close to You or far away.
My earthly body
shall live and die,
not capable of living forever,
but upon my release
from earthy pain and pleasures
my soul yearns to
dwell with You.
I am man.
You are God.
I love you.
