Slashing, flashing
Thunder thrashing

Reigning spring
Hailing ice…

Winter’s HAH

But even it
Knows, its last
Hurrah

Is near.

Hah! Winter is fighting the good fight in many parts of the country. It has been pleasant and beautiful down here in the swamp. Nice plea for some old man winter relief.

Oh, the Lady has fallen down again! We're snowed in! Brrrr! All the buds on the trees have frozen!

Keep up with the spirit of spring and before you know it, the Lady will be standing tall and won't get knocked down again this year by Old Man Winter!

The fat lady has sung her swan song
ice may yet be her ovation
but bursting green and blossoms strong
are nature's decoration
it won't be long
untill the full bloom celebration
