Oh well,
the weekend is done.

They go in such a flash
don’t they!

It’s around 8:30 am
mundane morning.

Get it ?

Yeah I know,
clever.

You’re welcome.

Well I don’t have to
get ready
until around
11:00 am or so
since I don’t leave for
work until around
12:30pm.
so I’m thinking
I’ll write something
since thats what I'm good at,
is boring and just
utterly annoying
others
with my silly
and non sensical
ponderings.

Yes, you can thank me later.

I’m glad I amounted to something
special,
yay me!!

What can I say
It’s what I do,
not good mind you,
but nevertheless,
it keeps me busy
and it doesn’t hurt
anybody,
well except for those
who actually read my
scribbles
but then
you should know by now
not to read them
if everytime you do
it makes your
guts
want to
wretch
and your soul want to
roll up into a ball
and just weep
uncontrollably.

And then,
some people actually like pain,
and to those I say again,
you’re welcome,
it’s the least I could do
to help you out.

I know, I know,
I’m thoughtful like that.

Oh well,
thank god
I don’t have to read them!

Okay, so much for all that
jibberish,
time to get down to the
meat subsitute
and potato flakes.

You guys are expecting
to read something
with at least
a hint
of substance, no?

Now why would you
have to go
and expect that for ?

You think this stuff is
easy wheezy macarooni cheezy?

Well so far it is
because I haven’t even written
anything yet.

It’s just my fingers stretching, getting
a little warmed up.

In fact, I may even still be
asleep, who knows ?

Wait, hang on a second…
let me slap myself
across the face…

Whap !!

Ohh crap !!

No, I’m awake alright,
in fact, I’m quite certain of it
even!

Well anywho,
I’m just a little groggy
from all the festivities
of the weekend,
but then,
so is the sun, from all
Its fun and frolic.

I think
it’s considering calling in
sick today,
it seems kind of droopy
like its in a haze,
but it can’t
because it’s fever
is too high.

But the world,
is still
whirring around,
well at least it is
according to this
little bee
who is whizzing in circles
around me right now
as I’m watering
the flowers
gossiping about
some other guy
who was in a
B movie
or some such hooey
who is after,
his lady bee.

I think he calls her
honey,
or Bea Arthur
take your pick,
he’s original that way,
just like me,

I’m thinking I
should probably just
be minding my own
beeswax
though
as i go to
flick him away from me
which didn’t sit
to well with him
as he starts
dive bombing me
about the
face and neck
with this mean
little look on his mug,
his stare all scrunchy
with those big
eyebrows forming a v
above his red eyes,
his teeth all to one
side in a kind of
stingy grin that make
his cheeks red
against his yellow
and black striped
shirt and pant
ensemble.

I tried swatting him
one more time
and the little brat
he ended up,
stinging me!

OooOoowwuu!

The little booger!

That little
Son of a B
even!

Really?
was it that bad
that he had to
use up his whole
life
just on this?

Now I feel bad.

I don’t know
maybe he was a
wannabe hero
or something,
maybe he wanted
to be
an astronaut
or something
like Buzz Aldrin.
I don’t know.

Sometimes we spend
all
that we will ever
be
on one thing,
or
one person,
and they
never even,
knew it.

Well,
I’m gonna rub
some mud
on the wound,
and then maybe go
play some
frisbee,
then come home
and make a big
sandwich
perhaps with some,
Bumble Bee
tuna,
and watch one
of my favorite
movies,
with Redford
and Newman,
what’s it called again
oh yeah,
The Sting.

I think I’ma
need more
mud though.

OooOOoowww.

Now, that was a fatal love affair for the little B! She was attracted by your moustache and forgot all caution! And you reacted like I would have reacted instead of standing still and let her get to the conclusion that you were not a flower ...

Such a nice warming up on Monday you have shared here! You see you ended up sighing and moaning ... but you did bring smiles  and that is your good "mundane" action anyway.

So, Honey (you gave the permission ... , you have honored the International Poetry Day with your usual fantastic talent.

Love and "muddy healing".

Ok, honey, I am grinning from ear to ear.  What is that you said again?  Hmmmm ... let me think.  Oh yeah, I know now.

Thanks, "Honey", I needed that! And oh, let nurse Linda kiss your bee sting and make it all better.

You're a hoot and a half, Richard! I've written the odd nonsensical rambling myself! They're quite fun! ~ and easy! Just let the pen do the talking while the brain is on automatic pilot!

Love you, my fellow nut bar!

Linda Lou!! We better skip the kissing remedy, that might give me other severe complications...

The next time I need a naughty nurse though, I'll be coming your way.

Love, your nut bar lol
