Fair to middlin' of nowhere

The warm hands of devotion
that my parents hold
so sweetly entwine
Fingers of forever
seeking their
beloved's warmth

You are my beloved warmth

I feel that warmth with you
Every bit the man
good as my Dad
Because I know
you love me
like that too
and that I
will always
love you

There must be a poem in here somewhere.

Very lovely poem Lori. The world would be a better place if everyone could have that kind of love.

This is beautiful. I especially like the correlation between your father and your man. That makes it quite special, Lori.

Jerry, James, and Steaven--
Thank you for your attention to this poem.  It is ironic that he doesn't realize my love poems to him are some of my most popular.
Lori
