I love this piece. I have cats but the don't go outside. They go in and out of their special area though. I truly enjoyed the read!!!

I'm a little sleep-deprived but smug--my cat got in a fight last night.

Enjoyed your terse verse, John. And cats will endure some treachery in the search for love. (I have cautionary tales of swimming with dolphins, too.)
