..to the tune of....aw, you know  . . Oh, the weather is bright and sunny And, though you may think it's funny I prefer when it's 10 below I love snow! I love snow! I love snow! There is something that's quite appeasin' When extremities start freezin' And the blood is too cold to flow.. I love snow! I love snow! I love snow! Sun can give your whole face red tint Causes cancer all over your skin. When you open your eyes you squint Living like this is a sin! I am sure when you read this ditty That your heart will fill with pity. It's a heart-wrenching tale of woe. I love snow! I love snow! I love snow! .  |

Hahahahahahahahaha! I lived in New York City and Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver, just touching bases where there was a LOT of snow. I have had quite enough, thank you, south Louisiana suits me just fine. Nice rendition of the old song. ~ Good health is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die. ~ |

'Deer darling man this is absolutely brilliant, yet you are soooo very bad, particularly when I'm feeling like this. I'll swap you, you have our weather and we can have yours. Perhaps a little bit of sun will bake this 'flu out of me. And a high temp yet I'm still freezing My head aches, my throat's sore as can be Take this cold far away from me My temperature is climbing higher And I'm hallucinating I've found a buyer Though my writing is not that fine This 'flu has gone way over line My nose is constantly dripping And I overflow with the syrup I'm sipping Let me overdose on these meds pretty please Just so I no longer sneeze I've a drum thumping in my head My skin's pale and my eyes are red This 'flu has sorrows still to reap Oh please go and let me sleep. it was 70 here today...what a strange winter. It will be back down to the teens soon enough, and more snow. Funny how I thought of the beach today, and then this. The picture made me homesick but I suppose what's done is done. Been thinking about the west coast but it would never hold a candle to Florida.thanks for some good memories tonight Deer |

How do I feel about fog? Since I've walked around in it most of my life, I guess I like it! White is the official sock color of Florida. Tides in - dirt's out! |

I love snow and your poem..must be nice down there. My family wish for warmth since i asked for more snow(which we got a foot and 3 inchs) Their telling me to stop asking for snow..which i stopped for now. I wil always love snow and your poems. Have fun in the sun. |
