I was staring out
the window I thought
I was going mad
for i saw that the moon
was first full,
then half. So of course
to determine if I
was truly going insane
I stared at the moon
to realize that she was fading
during a lunar eclipse. In
a instant I put on slippers
and a coat running out
in the COLD SNOWY NIGHT of
FEBRUARY to see
this WONDEROUS site.
This was my first eclipse
that i have seen
and I wasn't the only one
to witness it. I stayed
out there until she vanished
only seeing a sky of endless
stars. I tried finding
the constellations that
I knew until I saw
the moon regain most
of herself and went
back inside for I
have seen her
magic trick and I
was very amazed
by it.

I've seen both sun and moon eclipses and was amazed ... I also saw the planet mars when it cycled close to Earth a few years back ... that was awesome too,

I've seen it too and it's amazing to witness something that does not occur very often.

Yes, it is an amazing thing. I saw one back in November a few years ago. Beautiful!!!!
