Being alive offers humans the opportunity to think.
Consciousness baffles agnostics and evolutionists
Why is it Diana can play piano and write such beautiful thoughts?
Why is it that Sunshine writes and sees into the meaning of most poetry?
Why is Jerry so damed intelligent at putting perfect stories together?
Why is Maureen the best at emotional descriptions?
Why is it Serenity has the most original poem ideas?
Why is it James is the best lover writer in the world?
Why is it that Balladeer is so clever, fluent and the best rhymer there is?
Why is it that Martie is the most precious nature writer in the world?
Why is Dark Stranger so deep with earthy reality yet so big hearted?
Why is Alison up in Alaska so tender hearted and artfully complete?
Why is Blues so intimate with her own thoughts but can't keep them in?
Why is Lori so openly kind and talented with her thoughts?

I have left out many but I have to ask...

WHY?

Uh, wow, this is a difficult one to comment on, Eric. Thanks first and foremost for including me in this prestigious list. I think poets, and writers of all genre, if they are sincere and honest about the craft they completely and absolutely hold nothing back.

Again. Thank you for sticking my name in this very talented list of poets.

Eric...I think a poets first reason is curiosity. The question, why? is always in my mind and it seems to be in yours also. Thanks for the inclusion in this list...why, because it made me smile.

That's where it all comes from isn't it?
I have read your poetry for many many years so I know what a gifted writer you are,
from living life but also from a depth that only you can explain within your writing.
