Love those "live for the moment" kind of philosophizing, I just find it difficult to keep my eye on the prize when life expects so much of me that I lose sight of "the moment" every so often. To put it in a religious context I backslide from time to time.. Suicidal twin kills sister by mistake! |

Not that you aren't right in the motto live for the moment, but it seems we mostly forget than because of the demands and pressures put upon us by outside influences, and ever our own. ~ I went to a restaurant that serves "breakfast at any time" / I ordered French Toast during the Renaissance ~ |

I see this more as treasuring every single moment, rather than living for the moment, as I feel the significance of the past and the future in the poem too. So many moments are not even noticed, by so many people and this is very sad. I am glad you captured so beautifully the value of every single moment, Liz. Thank you. Owl |
