Sleeping at Night

Should you ever get
a Mafia hitman
coming after you
to end your life
its better if you
don't know about it
so you can still
sleep at night.

No telling the way
they'll end you're life,
perhaps "an accident",
a bullet to the head,
a sharpe or dull
bloody knife.

Perhaps it's best not to run in those circles. Makes an interesting poem though.

I second Sunshine's one word comment.

which makes us intolerant by default.—July 26, 2010 ~

I agree, I'd prefer not knowing. Eh- so what if its ignorance At least I'd sleep. Enjoyed.

I suppose I'm a glutton. I prefer to experience every moment. It only happens once so it's worth exploring. **slaps self**
