working title: arms around another

Alone in my room I think of you
you, who walked back into my life
as easy as you walked out
My love for you didn't wane over the years
you told me, neither did mine

I cannot touch you now or soon
physical distance is just one reason
fidelity reason two

When we speak it pains me,
to here you speak of your lover
to know someones arms are around you,
other than mine

I remain silent and swallow the pain
I have no right to say a word
Your life is there, Mine is here
