Fig Newtons

I say fig newtons
because I could
never eat just one
to do so would be
a colossal failure
and would spoil
all the fun.

I love you fig newtons
soft and tender
tasty and sweet
much like the woman
I always wished to meet.

To look into her eyes
to kiss the nectar
from her lips,
to hold her close to me
a sensation I didn't resist.

I love the taste
but not sure about
the wholesomeness
of the ingredients.

My dear Hawaii Man, you yourself are as sweet as a Fig Newton!
