Forever In Your Heart

0 posted 2009-12-11 04:46 PM

As cold winds whisk about,
my thoughts warm my heart,
fluffy flakes of kindess,
kiss my cheeks of red.

Winter of white is here,
cold frosty window panes,
my hot breath steams them,
as my eye begins to tear,

Sprinkles falling, magically,
like white diamonds from above,
blanket the earth in purity,
hugging nature with love.

Winter memories of days ago,
flood my mind and soothe my soul,
magic happened, once it came,
my love lives still in me,

For it is my heart he still has hold...
upon it, engraved, my name,
warms this heart, out of the cold,
our love will grow old.

A white winter love story,
forever to be told.
