I could make you smile
with my big heart jokes,
and my big lung laughs.
Never could I improve upon
the flawless form standing naked before me
tan and lithe, tenuous compared to my own -
searing my eyes with holy light.

I could feel the sex
through the skin covering your spine.
And in that moment,
we were in perfect white-
every tree branch laden with it.
The snow was pure and cold
but it didn't matter to us, as we were sweating hot
sweating hot bullets that dripped like molten gold.
They burned through my big chest
covering my big heart and big lungs
and burned big holes
bleeding me dry.

Reading you tonight kind of fills a big hole.  I like this one too - but you know that.  I am like your poetry groupie, trailing after you writing trite replies to good poetry.

This is smoking hot, metal man!

Love your words of advice at the end also.
I read a bumper sticker the other day that said, "if not for love then why"

I like that, and this!

Yes I do read them!

Especially enjoyed 'tickle monster' and I thought that 'my favorite relationship' was sweet and although I didn't comment on 'there is God paint all over you' I thought it was a fine write.

Blues Serenade, thanks yo. I am really happy you took a liking to it.

Shaliboohama, dang! I didn't realize you'd read more than one poem here. I apprecciate your following my writing, and I will surely return the favor.
