birds fly beneath my breast
shadows align, close my eyes
and feel for an instant
that I may never know again.
I'm not calm, but tingle
at the slightest confines
of my heart wanting to burst
away into heaven and space.
Soft eyes refine to wonder
to gaze across my face,
to look at the wind
to look at comfort.
Small slight movement of
hands, touch, spark,
all is running and now
I must find how to live.

A very sensitive poem to a prelude, Michael.  Exciting, but yet more than a little contemplative.  Nice work.
