The self destruction I keep inflicting is because I love my wife so much I want to fix our marriage and I always seem to do the oppisite when ever I see her |

Have you tried counseling? At least to find out why you do the opposite or maybe you are trying too hard and all you need to do is be yourself, the person she loved and married at the beginning. M |

very powerful, sometimes it helps to get your feelings out into the open instead of bottling it up, so carry on writing, I know it helps me... |

I'm going to counseling and it does help but not near as much as putting it on paper for me to read. This is better therapy for me and as honest as I get with my self thank you all for taking time out of your days to comment it means alot to me. |
