my leather is more friendly now how it fits my intentions more than my unintentional like the old dog highways that I would return to and leave boot prints like breath on windows in those soft shoulders that never were women it is often the tall trees that are the fellows of my youth that gather and bring frozen time where we were on the sun side and found endless strings with which we could mend our hounds of brick and metal ______________ daark (owgish, highway series) |
