A mistake however small
Ruins relations good and strong
The one you hurt never hears your call
Try,however you may to right your wrong.

Humans are not a perfect race
We hear:"To err is human,to forgive divine"
But from the mind its not easy to mistake, erase
But when asked sincerely , it is cruel to decline.

Quoth Shakespear"Mercy is twice blessed"
It indeed is,and follow it must we
Not very hard if on the asker we doted
Big heart must have we,howsoever angry maybe we.

Pleasure it is to see a dear face cheery
God from above blesses and giver too has to agree
Its nice to see a loved one with happiness go crazy
Return will the days for being chatty and lazy.

Once again the two will be chummy
Frogiving the wounds inflicted by the other
Enjoy the others company and be dopey
Be there to make their buddy stonger.

There is much wisdom in your write.
There is a good medicine in laughter.
Would you write us another poem about India and its stories? We learn so little about it here in the USA.
Love your poems

Timely write for me, really. I know forgiveness is a mighty grace to bestow on others and on ourselves too ...

Wonderfully sensitive write. Thank you for this.

Love,
Margherita

Yes, sometimes a little turbulance can strengthe a relationship
Forgiving is sometimes not too difficult
Reconsiliation is harder but neccessary
Good poem

Fewer  poems shine brighter than the ones pointing out truth and compassion. You have  done very well with  this one

Being judgmental is so very easy than to be forgiving in nature. Very thoughtful, Esha.

Good rules to live by. Perfection is overrated, and highly unlikely.

Loving your thoughts here~

True and lovely message in your poem Esha.  Although I loved your whole poem, I especially liked your first verse, because say and do what you may, some things cannot be mended and (some) people have memories like elephants.
