gentle river, reveal to me

currents of feeling
dancing and drifting
conscious and knowing
streaming and living

waters of healing
seasoned and shifting
coursing and flowing
bending and giving

feel me, gentle river

dip my paddle in…

((((Shellie)))) what a deep yearning you express with this most captivating write. I see you floating graciously upon a river of feelings which bring joy and healing.

Heartsounds that echo beautifully ...

Good, so good, to find you in here today.

flowed so smooth and soft...gentle,
just like a river, the one you write about,
a river of words flowing from within your heart.

Stick around, you are a flower to this garden,
don't allow the weeds to choke you,
I didn't, your heart and soul is more powerful
it is a voice that needs to be heard....

I have had some mean emails, don't know why or who from, but I don't play childish games,
so silly....no time for that, so I press on...

hugs to you sister!

shelli,

How wonderful to see your poetry again.  I miss you.  You know that you are depriving me of one of my favorite PiP people?

I love this poem.

love the title and sounds wonderfully relaxing...

"feel me, gentle river

dip my paddle in…"

Reminds me of the walk I took with a friend yesterday alongside the soft flowing stream.

This is so strong with such little usage of words. Beautiful, just beautiful.

Fabulous, all of it!!

Especially the way you dipped your paddle.  That's one way to get the job done!

It is always a special treat to read you, girly~
