Power of God -

Give a man power,
He hungers for more,
Make a man God,
Minds are sure to follow
Give a nation God,
War is imminent.

Guide a weak man to god,
Strentgh is restored.
Attach a soul to God,
Life is endless.

Such is the power of god,
Each Hungry mind,
Chooses a path to follow.

I like your reflections here. It surely depends on how we interprete "God". For me God is Love and the I AM essence in everything.
