the leathers and me at the catfish bar smoking stogies and spilling jack dan watching the hooters and honkers play down the alley side of some wednesday when the republaphants came with their tea and did their impressions of nowhere and other places they say the country is going we just leaned and nodded in agreeable unison and offered a cheer from time to time before the demoasses appeared with their signs and photos of the zero and fish eye nancy and even the blow up blubber barney in tow they complained about our f words and cigars and that we should have dmv inspections and that tattoos will cause the ozone to open and that we were terrorists to the flowerbeds their signs were just the faces of idiots picket fences in private as we imagined as we needed to find mens room freedom but it was blocked by the zero's monkey crew and we became aware of pee party innovation ________________ daark (highway series) |
