......shadow on your eye......

..its the area of light that doesnt show..

..its the bit of truth that is never spoken or displayed..

..it can be a metaphor that doesnt make sense..

..it can be the reason hidden behind the why..

..its the still water that sits secure on empty silence..

..its the magic of a coin toss into a small fountain..

..it can be as hard as that long goodbye..

..it can be as life changing as the happiest hello..

..its where we go just before we fall asleep..

..its what we want tomorrow that we work for today..

..it can be what we think about in the moment we're happiest most..

..it can be the past's pain that shines again..

..its like balancing happy and content along with surrounded and alone..

..its like a constant scream that sums up all emotions' additions..

..it can be the absence of fear in a constant struggle..

..it can be the reflection of the past in a mirror of questions..

..its the little pieces that make up a bigger piece to a puzzle..

..its what makes sense when you realize that life could be better..

..it can be that something that stands out from the norm..

..it can be the light in darkness that we are all looking for..

..its what takes place in mind when you seem still and the universe is spinning..

..its the hoops of hope we jump through to make things work..

..it is what should be done that isn't when it should happen the most..

..it could be the mountain in our lives we are destined to move..

..its what the world looks like through the wool..

..its the music of our days in which of most find themselves..

..it can be the child born in us that may never leave..

..it can be found in the dreams of our distant pasts..

..its where we dont see ourselves going while walking backwards..

..its the feel of flying without wings and not far from gravity's grip..

..it is when the path seems closer to the edge then usual..

..it can be as though there will be nothing to look back at..
