how often ,have I stood

on the edge

of quiet madness

written off

as just another

charlatan

In this world of

fools-perfection

persuaded

that

the well has dried

left

to the elements

of slow decay

and yet,

without warning

I am reminded

of its true depth

its infinite spirit of

creativity

flowing freely

through the veins

of a glorious pen

blazing its path

through a darkened void,

this glorious light

of a billion supernovas

for eternity

it shall remain

untouched, untainted

to You this glory

I bequeath

I am humbled,

yet again…

Your artful arrangement of this poem on the page emphasizes how important line breaks are. I truly was captured by it.
