Waterboarding Mr. Madoff

Bernie Madoff, the weisel of a man
who made off with other people money
still needs to return the money
because it neither honorable nor funny
to take someone else's money
and give them nothing in return.
Last time I checked investments should
have a return, money should be earned
and generate a return back to the
investors that be, to me it seems
that other members of Madoff's family
were aso involved in this Ponzi scheme,
and yet hard headed Bernie isn't willing to sing,
nor willing to confess who profited from this mess,
so I believe its time to give Bernie one more time
to reveal his partners in crime, and perhaps
we could strike a year from his sentence
for every partner in crime that he confesses.

I doubt that Bernie would sing and implicate members of his family even if they truly did have knowledge and participated in the sheister scheme.

If he has any honour, it is of the "Honour among thieves" variety.

James,

I haven't been following this case.  However, it's never a good thing to steal anyones money, or other stuff.  It's against the law, and just not right.

This man ruined so many lives, people who worked all their lives and saved for retirement were left with nothing. The sad part is he appears to have no remorse what-so-ever. Of course others were involved but there is no no more waterboarding...remember?

I read this a few days ago and really didn't know what to say. Trying to remain, "politically correct" I suppose...

Thank you Earth Angel, Robert, Marchmadness and XGara for the wonderful responses...
I suppose I would rather be waterboarded than spend 150 years in jail, or waterboarded rather than be beheaded...if a Judge told you that you could spend 10 years in jail or be waterboarded to entice some information from you, which one would you choose...its merely a thought that we should have a way to gain more information from crooks than they are willing to freely offer...James
