You see Bones out there
in the street,
and you say to yourself,
“Oh, he’s okay.”

Well you don’t know
anything about it.

You haven’t
the foggiest notion
about the kind of life
Bones has in the street.

Take my word for it.
You wouldn’t want
to take Bones place out there,
no, you’d say
“No thanks, I’ll pass.”

It’s just plain raw,
and nasty in the street,
and Bones doesn’t want
to be out there,
however,
he has no choice
in the matter.

That’s the way it is,
that’s the way
things are
set up
for Bones.

Bobby

Well that's sad, Bobby. I just got to it myself, having seen it up when I blew through briefly this morning, and was looking forward to reading it.

And I DO understand the point of view portrayed here very well indeed, and on a personal level. Loved it.

Bobby don't be so hard, take him in and give him a feed and shelter for the night.

Thanks Lindsay,

I would, but it's hard to pin Bones down.  He's always busy, and he can't seem to spare the time.

Thanks Yann,

Thanks for your concern for Bones.

You are correct.  Only Bones knows about Bones life.  It's all in the details.
