I want to write a piece of scripture so pure and full of beauty That when read it becomes what I wish it to be. A scripture speaking of such utter paradise That all evil would fall to one knee. A place where I'd wish upon a star To a place where trouble melts like lemon drops, Far above the chi-meny-tops. Where dreams come true, for me and you. Where shaking hands and saying "How do you do" Truly means "I love you" A place where one could snatch up a child With the parents standing near Tickle her 'till she smiled The parents laughing in cheer A place where you are not a monster, Not a villain in disguise A mask of many lies Covering your many faces, attempting to get one prize No, in this paradise there is truth in all eyes Every hidden corner is a place of magical peace, A world within a world of love.
