Bone's world can be very nasty—
what with people messing with him,
and calling out names.

That’s all right,
nothing bothers Bones.

He just lets it roll off.

That’s the way the hood
raised him.

Bobby

I gotta wonder if Bones tough hide didn't get pierced now and then.  We all feel hurt sometimes.

And .. should that be "Bone's world"?

Thanks dear Alison,

Yes, you're right.  Bones is a very sensitive person.

Thanks for the correction on the possessive use of Bones.

Love Bobby

Sometimes you've just got to let it roll, Bobby.

Stick your hand in and you might get pulled under.

Hello Bobby, better don't bother than become nasty, it doesn't matter to be agressive and you can lose a lot...Bobby has the fait philosophy.

Ahhh! The powerful punch of your "Bones" poetry has been sorely missed by my eyes. You've only improved in my short absence, Mr. Bobby. LOVED this piece.

Thanks Suncleaver,

You are right about that.  The hood is not a good place to get pulled under.  There are too many sharks.

Thanks Yann,

You have that right.  Around here, the fait philosophy is the best one.  Thanks for your wise comment.

Love "Bones" Robert.  It truly is novel and wise.  Much spirituality and psych- philosophy within your lines.

I look forward to reading more
