Club 98

If the music wasn't so loud
you could hear the
dance floor creak,
the mice squeek,
and the men sighing
with relief
as the club girls
accept their
requests to dance.
Some say that its
a club for gigalo's
but I know better.
If a woman ask you
to accompany her
on an all expenses
paid trip to Paris
wouldn't you
let her?

I dunno.  Roniece never offered to pay.

I love this, James.

James this is a beautiful and convincing poem...I like very much the debut of the poem

If the music wasn't so loud
you could hear the
dance floor creak,
the mice squeek,
and the men sighing
with relief
as the club girls
accept their
requests to dance

after that let the ladies decide.

thanks for the poem.

Would you let her, Hawaii Man?!? lol

Alison darn near made me swallow my cough drop with her adorable reply!

Hmmm, I wonder if Roniece's invitation is open to Alison and I, as well?

Enjoyed your poem ~ and the replies!

If I had that chance, I think I just might take her up on the offer. Hmmmm! On second thought, I would have to fly to get there (and I don't fly). So I would have to pass.

Paris and a beautiful woman are probably irresistible to a romantic heart ...

Lovely!
