The troubled tempest passed today
beaconed by a welcome sun's ray

from a place...
I cannot say

and a sister's
skeletal satirical stories
made the soap opera plots
seem...

all too simple

this gentle rain
and passing clouds

all made for
the half full
moonlight filled
night

worth smiling about

"The troubled tempest passed today
beaconed by a welcome sun's ray"

"all made for
the half full
moonlight filled
night"

~ Love this play on the proverbial "half-filled cup".

The tone and beauty of this write are "worth smiling about"

I enjoyed this dance within your verse and loved the alliterated steps of ""skeletal satirical stories.""
